Our
Office
Peaks
to Plains Design is located at 404 North 31st Street, in the Transwestern 1 Building. Originally built in the 1950s for a oil company, this professional office building sits directly across the street from the First Interstate Bank tower which is the tallest building between Minneapolis and Spokane. The Transwestern 1 building is an energy-efficient building as it uses no natural gas for heating or cooling.
It is important to Peaks to Plains Design that our office is located in downtown Billings. In addition to help maintain a strong city core, downtown is also a part of many exciting events. Some events include a food fair during lunch on Wednesdays,
Alive after 5 on Thursday nights, which includes a band and
street party as well as a Farmer’s Market, held on Saturday
mornings. In addition, this area hosts festivals and rallies
on a regular basis. We are within walking
distance of restaurants, shopping, supply stores and government
offices. Check out www.downtownbillings.com for the latest
schedule of activities.
Our office space is fronted with large, south facing windows. The views include the Cathedral, the South Hills, the Pryor Mountains and the Beartooth Mountains. The ability to see an be inspired by our surrounding landscape is enjoyable!
